Data were collected using a web-based questionnaire and employing a nonproportional stratified random sampling technique with 150 agricultural education teachers participating in the study. Findings showed that being male and having agricultural mechanical courses in both high school and college were positively associated with having competency in small gasoline engines and welding, while having only a Bachelor’s degree (as compared to a Master’s degree) was negatively associated with having competency in small gasoline engines. Additional research should be conducted to understand better why these differences exist. </strong></p> ER -
